Terms

Last updated 16 August 2026. The Skin Bros Ltd.

Draft. This page is accurate to how we work but has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor. It will be before the site goes live.

These terms apply to using this website and to booking and having treatment at SkinBros, operated by The Skin Bros Ltd at 5 Goodge Place, London W1T 4SD.

Who we can treat

You must be 18 or over. There are no exceptions: treating anyone under 18 with cosmetic injectables is a criminal offence in England. You confirm your age when you book, and we may ask for identification.

Every appointment starts with an assessment by a doctor registered with the General Medical Council. A doctor can decline to treat you, on the day, if he judges that the treatment is not appropriate for you. That is a clinical decision and it is not negotiable. You will not be charged for an appointment that ends this way.

Booking, moving and missing appointments

  • Booking costs nothing. There is no deposit and we do not store your card.
  • Your confirmation email and text carry a link to move or cancel your appointment. Please use it as early as you can if your plans change.
  • If you miss two appointments without telling us, we may ask for a deposit before you can book again. It is credited against your treatment.
  • If we have to move your appointment, we will tell you as soon as we know and offer you the next slot that suits you.

Prices and paying

  • The price on the menu is the price you pay. It includes VAT and it includes the consultation, the treatment, aftercare and your two-week review.
  • We price by treatment rather than by unit, and nothing is added at the chair.
  • You pay in clinic, after your consultation, once you have decided to go ahead.
  • Prices can change. The price that applies is the one published when you have your appointment, and if it has changed since you booked we will tell you before anything is done.

Treatment, results and reviews

  • Aesthetic treatment is a medical procedure with risks, and those risks will be explained to you and written down before you consent to anything.
  • Individual results vary. Nobody can promise you a specific outcome and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • A review two weeks after any treatment is included and it is free. Small adjustments judged clinically appropriate at that review are included too.
  • Because treatment is a service performed to your specification and on your body, it cannot be undone or refunded once it has been carried out. If you are unhappy, come and tell us: filler can usually be dissolved, and we would much rather have that conversation than not.

Membership

When membership is open, the terms of it are published on the membership page and form part of these terms. Membership builds credit that can be spent on anything on the menu. It is not a pre-paid course of treatment, it does not entitle you to any particular treatment, and every appointment still begins with a clinical assessment.

This website

The content here is general information about the treatments we offer. It is not medical advice about you, and it is not a substitute for an assessment. The words, images and design are ours and you may not reuse them commercially without our permission.

If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the treatment concerned.

Our complaints route is on the complaints page and we would always rather hear from you directly and first.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
