Booking and payment
How do I book?
Online, in about a minute. Pick a treatment, pick a time, put your name and number in, done. If you would rather ask a question first, message us on WhatsApp and a human will answer.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. There is nothing to pay to book and we do not hold your card. You pay in clinic, after your consultation, once you have decided to go ahead.
What if I need to move my appointment?
There is a link in your confirmation email and text. One tap, pick a new time. No fee, no phone call, no awkwardness.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No fee, no deposit, no card details, and no 'redeemable against treatment' games. If you come in, talk to a doctor for twenty minutes and decide it is not for you, you owe us nothing.
Am I committing to anything?
No. Plenty of men come in, talk it through, and go away to think about it. Nobody will chase you.
How old do I have to be?
18. There are no exceptions, and it is a criminal offence in England for us to treat anyone younger.
The treatments
Will I look done?
That is the main thing men worry about and it is a fair worry. The approach here is to do less than you think you need on a first visit and review it two weeks later, because it is much easier to add than to wait for too much to wear off. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed outcome is selling you something.
Does it hurt?
It is uncomfortable rather than painful. We use numbing cream first, and the filler itself contains a local anaesthetic. Anti-wrinkle injections feel like a scratch and are over in a couple of minutes. Most men tell us it was less than they expected.
How long does it last?
Usually 12 to 18 months, depending on the area, the product and how quickly you metabolise it. Men often metabolise filler slightly faster than women, which is worth knowing before you compare notes with anyone.
Is it reversible?
Yes. We use hyaluronic acid fillers, which can be dissolved with an enzyme. That is one of the main reasons we use them. Anti-wrinkle treatment is not dissolvable but it wears off on its own in three to four months.
How much product will I need?
Most men need 2 to 3ml for a first jawline treatment, and that is what the price covers. If a doctor thinks you need less, you will be told and you will pay less. We do not charge by the unit, so nobody is doing sums at your face while you sit there.
Which product do you use?
UK law does not allow clinics to advertise prescription-only medicines to the public, so you will not find a brand name anywhere on this site. Your doctor will discuss the specific medicine with you at your consultation, which is where that conversation belongs.
Side effects and aftercare
Who will treat me?
A doctor registered with the General Medical Council. He will introduce himself and will give you his GMC number if you ask, and you can look any doctor up on the register yourself.
Will I bruise?
You might. Any injection can bruise, and using a cannula rather than a needle reduces it a lot but does not remove it. If you have a wedding or a big meeting coming up, leave a week.
Can I go back to work?
Usually yes. You may have some redness, swelling or small bruises for a few days. We will tell you honestly what to expect for the specific thing you are having done, before you have it.
What if I do not like it?
Come back and tell us. We will either adjust it at your two-week review or dissolve it. Neither conversation is awkward for us and it should not be for you.
Results and photographs
Are the before and afters real?
Yes, and every man in one has signed a consent form for that specific use. Both frames are shot in the same spot, with the same light, at the same distance, and nothing is edited except the crop. Individual results vary, and any gallery that does not say so is not being straight with you.
Will anyone be able to tell?
Done properly, people notice that you look well and cannot tell you why. Done badly, everyone can tell. That is most of the difference between a good clinic and a cheap one, and it is mostly about restraint.
Will anyone find out?
Not from us. We do not put anyone on Instagram, we do not use photographs unless you have signed a specific consent form for that exact use, and your records are confidential.
The clinic
Do you treat women?
The brand, the clinic and everything we do is built for men. If a woman books in, we will look after her properly. We just do not market to women and we do not plan to.
Why are you not the cheapest?
Because we are not trying to be. There are chains that will do an area for £129. We are a men-only clinic run by doctors, with one published price for everyone and a two-week review built in. If price is the only thing that matters to you, you will find cheaper. We would rather be worth it than be cheap.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on the site is what you pay.
Do you charge per unit?
No. You are quoted a treatment price and that is what you pay, whatever dose you turn out to need.
