Never had anything done?
Most of the men who walk in here have not had anything done before. Here is exactly what happens, so you can decide whether you fancy it without having to ask anyone.

Nothing to pay to book
Door to door, in order.
- You arrive. It is a normal door on a normal street. Nobody at reception announces what you are in for. There is no waiting room full of women and no lavender.
- Somebody offers you a drink and takes your details. Five minutes of forms about your health, allergies and medication. It is a medical appointment, so this bit is real, not admin theatre.
- A doctor sits down with you. Not a consultant, not a salesperson. He asks what is bothering you. If you cannot articulate it, that is completely normal, and "I look tired all the time and I do not know why" is a perfectly good answer that we hear every week.
- He looks at your face properly. At rest, moving, front on, from the side. Then he tells you what he thinks is actually going on and what would help. Sometimes that is one thing, sometimes it is nothing, and occasionally it is that this is skincare and sleep rather than filler.
- You decide. Not there and then, if you would rather not. Plenty of men come in, talk it through, and go away and think about it. Nobody chases you.
- If you go ahead, it takes 15 to 45 minutes depending on what it is. Numbing cream first. Then the treatment. Then you pay, on your way out, once.
- You leave. You might be a bit red or swollen. You get a text with aftercare and a link to book your free two-week review.
Nothing.
No consultation fee, no deposit, no card details, no redeemable-against-treatment games. If you come in, talk to a doctor for twenty minutes and decide it is not for you, you owe us nothing and we will not phone you about it.
Asked quietly, answered straight.
If the one you want to ask is not here, send it on WhatsApp. It goes to a person, not a bot, and nobody will ring you back to sell you anything.
Am I too young for this?
You have to be 18. Beyond that it depends what you are asking for. Structural work on a face that is still changing is usually a no from us, and we would rather say that than take your money.
Am I too old for this?
No. Our oldest patients are in their sixties. There is a point where filler is not the right tool and skin treatment or surgery is, and a doctor will tell you if you are at it.
Will anyone be able to tell?
Done properly, people notice that you look well and cannot tell you why. Done badly, everyone can tell. That is most of the difference between a good clinic and a cheap one, and it is mostly about restraint.
What if I do not like it?
Come back and tell us. We will either adjust it at your two-week review or dissolve it. Neither conversation is awkward for us and it should not be for you.
Can I go back to work?
Usually yes. You may have some redness, swelling or small bruises for a few days. We will tell you honestly what to expect for the specific thing you are having done, before you have it.
Will anyone find out?
Not from us. We do not put anyone on Instagram, we do not use photographs unless you have signed a specific consent form for that exact use, and your records are confidential.
Four promises, and they are the easy ones to keep.
- We will not tell you that you need something you do not need.
- We will not sell you a second treatment while you are sitting in the chair with a numb face.
- We will not do the maximum dose on your first visit.
- We will not treat anyone under 18, for any reason.
This is the place.
Not a stock photo of somewhere in California. The door you walk through, the desk you check in at, and the chair you sit in.
