Nothing to pay to book

What you get

Four things.

  • £44 of credit every month. It stacks up and you spend it on anything on the menu. It does not expire.
  • 10% off everything else you book. On top of the credit.
  • Priority slots. Evenings and Saturdays go to Regulars first.
  • Free reviews, always. Which you get anyway, but now you have it in writing.
How the credit works

It builds up. You spend it.

  1. It goes in

Your £44 goes in on the same day each month and sits in your account. Nothing to claim, nothing to remember.

  2. It builds up

Four months is £176. A year is £528. It does not expire while you are a member.

  3. You spend it

Whenever you come in, on whatever you are having done, and the 10% comes off the rest.

The maths

Worked out honestly.

Say you come in twice in a year: the jawline treatment and a three-area anti-wrinkle appointment. That is £1,035 at the published prices.

Twelve months of credit is £528. That comes off first, leaving £507. The 10% comes off what is left, so you pay £456.30 at the chair and £984.30 across the year against £1,035 on the list.

We are not going to pretend this is free money. It is a way of spreading the cost and getting a better price for being a regular, which is what it says on the tin. If you never come in, the credit is still yours, and you should probably cancel.

Read this bit

What this is not.

It is not a pre-paid course of treatment. You are not buying a specific treatment in advance, and membership does not entitle you to any particular one.

It does not skip the consultation. Every appointment still starts with a doctor assessing whether the thing you want is the right thing for you, and he can and will say no. Credit does not change that and it never will.

It is not a contract. No minimum term. Cancel by email or in your account and it stops at the end of that month. Your credit stays yours. TBC

Membership questions

Am I buying treatments in advance?

No. You are building up credit you can spend on anything on the menu. Membership does not entitle you to any particular treatment, and every appointment still starts with a doctor assessing whether the thing you want is right for you.

Can I use it for someone else?

No. It is tied to you and to your clinical record.

What if I cancel?

The payments stop. The credit you have already built up stays on your account and you can spend it whenever you come in.

Does the discount work on top of the credit?

Yes. Credit comes off the total, then the member discount comes off what is left. We are confirming the ordering with Phorest before this goes live, because it changes the maths.

Will it work in Manchester and Liverpool?

It will, on the same terms, when those shops open. The whole point of the membership is that it is the same everywhere, like the price list.
