Why we only treat men

Men are roughly 15 to 20% of injectable patients in the UK, and the fastest-growing group in the category. Almost every clinic treats them as an add-on: a page on a website, a paragraph on a price list, a slightly awkward hour in a room designed for somebody else.

That is the problem, and it is not really a clinical one. It is that most men will not walk into a room that was not built for them, will not ask the questions they want to ask, and will not admit to their mates that they have thought about it. So they either do nothing, or they go somewhere cheap and unregulated because it feels less exposing than going somewhere good.

We built a clinic where none of that is necessary. Every patient here is a man. Every result on the wall is a man. Every price is published, so nobody has to ask. And the whole appointment is designed so you never have to justify being there.

There is a clinical argument too, and it is real. Male faces need different doses and different angles. Male skin is thicker. Male muscle mass in the forehead and jaw is greater. A male jawline is widened and squared where a female jawline is lifted and softened. Doing male faces all day, every day, makes you better at male faces.
